Brad Arnett
With over 19 years of experience in insurance agency management and brokerage services, Brad Arnett is a respected expert in the insurance and risk management industry.
In addition to guiding Arnett Insurance Services as the firm’s president and CEO, Brad is directly involved in providing risk and insurance services to prospects and clients along with bottom-line profitability and growth. His wide-ranging areas of expertise include self-insured retentions, large deductibles, captives, alternative risk financing, surety, and cash flow casualty and workers’ compensation plans, among other specialties.
During his career, Brad has driven and assisted several public entity and private clients in the process of moving from more traditional, fully- funded programs to programs of self-insurance, excess coverage and claims management. He has worked extensively with construction firms, distributors, warehousers, public entities and a variety of other clients in a diverse array of industries.
Prior to directing Arnett Insurance Services, Brad served as president of a large regional insurance agency based in the Midwest. As an equity partner, Brad was responsible for creating and growing the firm’s Arizona office, overseeing all agency operations. In addition, Brad held key positions with Marsh Inc. a global risk and insurance services firm. Among his many leadership roles with the company, he served on the national team that designed and developed Marsh’s emerging business and sales culture, and he was a member of project teams that established “Best Standards of Practice” for the firm’s entrepreneurial practice and created its warehouse legal liability program national practice. While at Marsh, he was honored as a three-time recipient of the Directors Council Award, and was also distinguished as a “Top 5” National P&C Broker.
Among his many professional and civic affiliations, Brad served as president of the Mesa Baseline Rotary organization, and is an active member of the Mesa Chamber of Commerce and involved in the Surplus Lines Association of Arizona. Brad serves on many charity boards and also served in executive and director positions with state chapters of national surety associations and professional advisory groups.
Brad earned a B.S. degree from Brigham Young University.
